Connect your domain

Two small changes. About 5 minutes.

Do not change MX or email records. Change only the two records below, and your email keeps working.

Log in where you manage your domain.

1. Point www to your new site

1. Sign in where you bought yourdomain.com.
2. Find the DNS or DNS settings page for yourdomain.com.
3. If a record named www already exists, edit it instead of adding a new one.
4. Otherwise, add a new record and choose CNAME as the type.
5. Type www in the name or host field and the address in our email in the value or points-to field.
6. Save the record.

2. Forward your domain to www

Type

Permanent (301)

1. In your domain settings, find Forwarding or Redirect.
2. Set it up for yourdomain.com itself, not for www.
3. Type https://www.yourdomain.com as the destination.
4. Choose Permanent or 301 if you see a choice.
5. Turn off masking or framing if you see that option.
6. Save, and allow it to replace the website records for yourdomain.com if asked.
