Questions

Who owns the site?

Your client owns their domain and their content. If a site leaves us, we send all of the site files at no charge, and they can be hosted anywhere.

Where is it hosted?

On our hosting, on your client’s own domain, with HTTPS. Your client (or you) makes two small changes at their domain provider, and we send the exact steps. Their email is not touched. We never ask for passwords.

How fast are edits?

Email us the change. Text, hours, prices, photos, services, and contact details are usually done within one business day. A new page, online booking, or a shop is a bigger job. We quote it first and do nothing until you agree.

What do you need from me?

For demos: your agency name and up to 10 websites or maps listings. For a launch: which demo, any changes, and the client’s domain.

What do you not do?

We do not run ads, manage social media, design logos, or do ongoing SEO work. We do not invent content: demos use only what is on the business’s current site or listing.
