Terms

Effective October 16, 2026.

These are our terms in plain language. They cover your Brasspage site: $299 to launch, then $29 a month. When you pay on your claim page, you agree to them.

The short version

  • $299 once to launch. Then $29 a month, from 30 days after you pay.
  • Change your mind before your site goes live, and we refund the $299 in full.
  • Cancel the $29 a month anytime, yourself, online.
  • You own your domain and your content.

What we do

We build a website for your business. After you pay, we make one round of your changes before launch, such as photos, wording, or sections. We call this the finishing pass. Changes are optional. With none, we launch the site as it is. Then we put your site live on your domain.

What you do

Price

Cancel anytime

There is no contract. Cancel the $29 a month anytime, yourself, on the Stripe billing page. Sign in with the email you paid with. You can update your card there too.

Your plan ends at the end of the billing month you are in, and nothing more is charged. Then we take your site off our hosting. We do not refund part of a month.

We do not cancel plans by email, because anyone can send an email in your name.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, email [email protected].

Edits

Your $29 a month includes small changes you send us by email: text, photos, hours, prices, services, and contact details. They are usually done within one business day.

Bigger work, like a new page, online booking, or a shop, gets a price from us first. We do it only after you say OK.

Who owns what

You own your domain and your content: your text, photos, and logo. If you leave, we send you your site files when you ask, at no charge.

Your content

You let us use the content you give us to build, host, and edit your site. We may refuse content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights, such as photos you do not have the right to use.

How we use AI

Our AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) builds and edits sites. A person checks every site before it goes live.

Uptime

We do our best to keep your site online and fast, but we cannot promise it will never go down.

Limits

As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we tell you by email.

Law

Utah law governs these terms.
