TD Bank statement PDF to Excel, on your own computer
Drop in a TD Bank checking statement PDF. This page reads the text in it, right here in your browser, and turns every transaction into a row of a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The PDF is never uploaded.
Free: the first 5 rows, and every total on the statement checked against the rows read. $4: the full CSV of that statement, plus QuickBooks, Quicken and OFX files of it.
The same page reads Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One and TD Bank statements: all banks.
Try it on your statementTry it on your statement
First, the bank's own download. TD Bank online banking lets you download up to 60 days of checking activity for Quicken or QuickBooks. If the dates you need are there, use that. This page is for older PDF statements.
- Your statement never leaves your browser. The page's security policy lets it talk only to brasspage.com, and it never sends the file or anything in it.
- Tested layouts: made-up statements that copy the TD Bank checking layout used from at least 2017 to 2025. That is the Account Summary, then Daily Account Activity with one list per section (Deposits, Electronic Deposits, Checks Paid, Electronic Payments, Other Withdrawals, Service Charges), each with its Subtotal, and the Daily Balance Summary. TD has no sample statement online, so the layout comes from real TD statements that a nonprofit and a town agency posted themselves, and from open source statement readers. Those are business checking statements. A converter maker says personal ones look the same, but I have not seen one. It has not been tested on a real TD Bank PDF yet. That is why it checks every total.
- Scanned statements do not work. The PDF must have real text in it, the kind you can select and copy. A statement you downloaded from TD Bank online banking has that.
- The interest checking layout with a running balance on each row, savings statements, TD credit cards and TD Canada Trust statements do not work yet. They get a plain message, not a guess.

A total does not match, or the ending balance is missing, so some rows may be missed or misread. I will not sell you this CSV. If you email hello@brasspage.com the kind of statement and its year (not the file), I will look at that layout.

$4 unlocks the full CSV of this one statement, on this device, and for a checking statement its QuickBooks, Quicken and OFX files too. Stripe takes the payment, then sends you back to this tab. Not right? Email hello@brasspage.com within 14 days for a full refund.
QuickBooks, Quicken and OFX files are for checking statements only, so this statement gets the CSV only.
The same statement for QuickBooks Desktop (.qbo), Quicken (.qfx) or another money app (.ofx):
Not tried in QuickBooks or Quicken yet. How to import them, and the known quirks.
Questions
Is my statement uploaded?
No. The PDF stays in your browser. The page loads its code, and pdf.js to read the PDF, from brasspage.com only. It has no third-party scripts, and its security policy blocks every connection to any other site. We see only counts: page visits, how many statements were read and paid for, and which file type was downloaded. When you pay, the page also sends the Stripe payment id and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file, a one-way code that ties one payment to one statement. Never the file, its name or anything in it.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Look at the totals table. It puts each total printed on the statement next to the same total added up from the rows read: each line of the Account Summary, each Subtotal in Daily Account Activity, the Daily Balance Summary (every day added up into one check), and the ending balance worked out from the beginning balance and every row. If every line says Match, the amounts add up to the cent. One missed or misread amount shows up as a mismatch. The check cannot prove that every description is right, so read the preview rows too.
What do I get for $4?
A CSV file of every transaction on that one statement: date, description, amount and section. Money in is positive, money out is negative. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. A debit card purchase prints the full card number on its own line, and the CSV keeps only its last 4 digits. The same $4 also gets the statement as QuickBooks (.qbo), Quicken (.qfx) and OFX files. To get them again later on the same device, drop in the same PDF.
Which TD Bank statements work?
Checking statements downloaded as PDFs, the ones with a Daily Account Activity part and dates like 05/22 or 5/22. The interest checking layout with a running balance on each row, savings, credit card and TD Canada Trust statements do not work yet. Checks Paid follows what open source readers say, not a real statement, and no source shows how an overdrawn balance prints, so there the totals check matters most. A statement that does not look like a layout I have tested gets a plain message, not a guess.
Why not use TD Bank's own download?
Do, when you can. TD Bank online banking lets you download up to 60 days of checking activity for Quicken or QuickBooks. This page is for the older months that are only in PDF statements now, for taxes, a loan application or your own books.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@brasspage.com within 14 days for a full refund.
