Do you need my Google login?

No. We never ask for a login or a password. You copy each reply into your Google Business Profile yourself.

Do you post the replies?

No. You read each one, change anything you like, and post it. Nothing goes up without you.

Will they sound like a template?

Each reply answers what that review says. Tell us how you talk to customers and the name to sign with, and we match it.

What about an angry or unfair review?

We write a calm, short reply. It never argues, and it never shares anything private about the customer.

Can you write reviews for us, or remove bad ones?

No. We only write replies. We never write reviews, pay for them, or ask only happy customers for them. Fake reviews break Google's rules and the FTC's rule on reviews.

Do you write replies for doctors or dentists?

No. A reply from a health care office can confirm that someone is a patient, which health privacy rules forbid. We turn those down.

What do you do with the reviews I send?
